We recently posted this year’s Reader’s Choice Contest on our site, www.PetFoliomagazine.com. Unfortunately, voter abuse necessitated two immediate changes.
The vote was restarted on February 4, 2011, and all previous numbers have been cleared. The second change is that only one vote will be permitted per location (IP address).
