Temporary Dog Park Closure
Link Piazzo Dog Park will close from March 26 through April 16 for spring turf maintenance
Reno, Nevada. Washoe County’s Department of Regional Parks and Open Space announced today that the Link Piazzo Dog Park in Hidden Valley Regional Park will be closed from Monday, March 26 through Monday, April 16, 2012 for seasonal turf maintenance.
Both the large and small dog areas will be closed during the three-week period.
The dog park will re-open at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 17, 2012.
Seasonal turf maintenance at the dog park takes place every spring and fall in order to keep the lawn areas healthy and the dog park in the best possible condition.
The Department of Regional Parks and Open Space would like park users to know that their patience during these maintenance closures is greatly appreciated.
